Compensation Mount Sinai South Nassau provides a salary range in good faith determination of potential compensation to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The counter clerk maintains a clean and safe Coffee/Gift Shop while greeting and serving Customers; handling cash transactions, food preparation and creating displays for merchandise for employees and visitors. Qualifications Responsibilities:
Education Required
• Must complete in-house orientation program
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience And Skills
• Speaks, reads and writes English
• No experience required
License/Certifications Working Conditions Other information:
Working Conditions
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) worn
• Requires standing in one spot and working in high temperatures.
• Requires periods of movement including bending, pushing and lifting up to approximately 30lbs.
• Prepares kitchen prep for Coffee Shop following food handling procedures.
