Location: Springdale, AR 1st and 3rd Shift Pay Rate: $16 Responsibilities include:Prepare and assemble baked goods.Assist in food production processes, including mixing, baking, and finishing touches.Package finished products carefully for retail or catering purposesMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace in compliance with food safety standardsSupport food handling procedures to ensure the freshness and quality of all items producedCollaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and uphold product consistencyJob Requirements:Experience in bread baking or pastry arts preferredStrong knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and kitchen safety protocolsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detailPrevious restaurant or catering experience is a plus, but not required; culinary school graduates are strongly encouraged to applyPhysical endurance to manage extended working periods, standing for long periods of time, and handling physical demandsAble to tolerate exposure to high levels of heat and coldAble to pull, push, move, and lift to waist level and carry awkward and shifting weights up to 50 poundsAble to work with, handle, operate, and control hot equipment and products in a safe manner according to Bread Alone guidelinesAble and willing to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and assigned uniform as required per company policyWilling to take responsibility for your own and others' safety as well as follow safety rules and regulations, and report any unsafe conditions to managementWilling to follow all food safety regulations and guidelines, which include but are not limited to: Removing any visible or exposed piercings and body jewelry, personal accessories, false nails & refraining from cologne or makeup at work (e.g. mascara, nail polish, heavy foundation, etc)The Bakery is open 365 days a year, and team members must be willing to work consistently throughout the year, which includes holidays and weekendsContact Information Call or text Juan Dominguez at View phone number on click.appcast.io or send an email to View email address on click.appcast.io What We Offer Midway Staffing offers a comprehensive benefits package offering Medical, Dental, Vision and Life/AD&D benefit options to all eligible employees.
