• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAIN FOR FIRST WEEK ON DAY SHIFT - Mon-Fri, 7 AM-4:30 PM

Job Overview

Join a rapidly expanding manufacturing team supporting the green energy sector! We are seeking experienced Weld Technicians to perform MIG welding and related fabrication tasks on mild steel and stainless steel. Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components

• Prep and fabricate materials including tack welding, sanding, grinding, and layout work

• Inspect welded components to ensure quality and accuracy

• Maintain welding equipment and restock consumables as needed

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-production environment

Required Skills

• Proficiency in welding processes: SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy‑Acetylene

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience with large-diameter rolling and overhead crane operation

• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation

• Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing concepts

Preferred Skills

• Fabrication and mechanical assembly experience

• Previous work in a production or manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
