Fleet Analyst - Data Entry

Job Purpose The Fleet Analyst - Data Entry role is responsible for gathering equipment dimensions via suppliers and ensuring database is updated accurately. What you will do Gather equipment dimensions from suppliers Persistent follow up via phone and email Enter dimensions into database Partner with IT and Transportation team Support ad hoc requests, as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. 1-3 years of experience in a related role preferred. Experience in the used equipment market, including retail, wholesale, and auction channels, is helpful. Skills Proficient in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills. Attention to detail and organization. Strong listening and communication skills. Ability and eagerness to be intimately involved with the business and contribute to business success. Ability to convince in situations without formal authority. Experience and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic global business culture. Effectively interact with all levels of the organization. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
