We’re looking for an Electrical Estimator to join our preconstruction team and support commercial, industrial, and specialty electrical construction projects across Michigan. Role Overview: High visibility with executive leadership Opportunity to influence bid strategy and project success Hybrid work flexibility Competitive compensation package including: Base salary: $85,000–$145,000, Incentive bonus program, Auto allowance Work on impactful infrastructure and construction projects throughout Michigan Collaborative culture focused on teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement What You'll Do: Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and proposals Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents Partner with operations and field teams to develop winning strategies Evaluate labor, materials, subcontractor pricing, and project risk Support budgeting, forecasting, and preconstruction planning Build relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders What We’re Looking For: Experience in construction estimating, electrical estimating, project management, or related construction operations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Experience managing multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of heavy civil, commercial, infrastructure, utility, roadway, or electrical construction is a plus If you’re looking to build your career with a company that values its people and invests in long-term growth, we’d love to connect with you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
