Position Summary

The inside sales representative supports Integral RX sales growth and customer retention efforts through relationship management, customer engagement, account support, sales coordination, and operational execution. This position serves as a key liaison between customers and internal departments while helping identify growth opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales initiatives that contribute to business development and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and confident communicating with customers while providing exceptional service and sales support. This individual should possess strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and the ability to build trust, influence decisions, and contribute to customer growth and retention strategies.

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Support customer growth, account retention, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer utilization of products and services.
• Communicate with customers regarding products, services, account support, operational requests, and business opportunities.
• Conduct customer follow-up activities and assist with customer outreach campaigns.
• Support sales initiatives by helping generate leads, identifying customer needs, and promoting company programs and services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Distribution teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assist with account onboarding, account maintenance, and customer retention efforts.
• Maintain customer account records, communication logs, reporting documentation, and sales activity records.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, account performance data, customer activity reports, and operational metrics.
• Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Represent Integral RX professionally in all customer interactions.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, FDA, DEA, DSCSA, confidentiality requirements, and company policies and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, sorting, filtering, reporting, and data analysis.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, customer databases, and sales tracking software preferred.
• Ability to generate reports, analyze customer activity, and maintain accurate account records.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and cloud-based business applications preferred.
