Sales Support Specialist

What your future day will look like Review and compare customer forecasts and commitments against incoming purchase orders Verify product details such as SKUs, pricing, ports, packaging, colors, and quantities for accuracy Ensure all purchase orders meet required standards before processing Partner closely with internal sales support teams to manage order updates and revisions Act as a primary contact for customer merchandising teams regarding order corrections and updates Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sample orders, pre-ticketing, and product setup Enter and track sample and order data in internal systems Maintain clear, timely communication with internal teams and external partners Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Keep work organized and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions Benefits Offered Weekly pay while on Godshall's payroll!
