We are looking for a licensed plumber to join Mr. Rooter Plumbing. The role involves training, on‑site service calls, and career growth opportunities. Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For Communicating with customers, addressing their plumbing issues. Diagnosing problems and offering homeowner options. Conducting whole‑home plumbing inspections and identifying potential issues. Providing repair and maintenance services, working with licensed plumbers when needed. Following the Mr. Rooter Plumbing process from greeting to payment collection. How We Measure Success at Mr. Rooter Plumbing Offering and delivering solutions that prevent future problems. Quality workmanship – get it right the first time. Operational efficiency – productive use of time and materials. High customer satisfaction – measured through surveys and reviews. Job Requirements Must be able to lift at least 35 lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl into confined spaces. Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable for company vehicle use.
