About Our Practice
We are a small, privately owned, patient-focused dental practice in Point Pleasant. Unlike high-volume corporate clinics, we believe that exceptional dental care takes time. Our team is close-knit, highly collaborative, and deeply committed to providing a warm, positive experience for our patients and our staff alike.
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our clinical family. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Preventive Care: Perform thorough, gentle dental cleanings, scaling, root planing, and comprehensive periodontal assessments.
- Diagnostic Documentation: Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos, performing thorough screenings for oral cancer and periodontal disease.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on personalized home-care techniques, nutritional counseling, and preventative strategies in a warm, non-judgmental manner.
- Collaborative Charting: Partner closely with the dentist to document clinical findings, update medical histories, and discuss comprehensive treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Licensing: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of New Jersey.
- Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification; local anesthesia permit is highly valued but not required.
- Clinical Excellence: Strong clinical skill set with a gentle touch and exceptional attention to patient comfort.
