You'll help guests understand their options, confidently ask for their business, and earn their next visit.You will:Welcome guests, listen carefully, and accurately document vehicle concerns.Review service history and technician findings to recommend needed maintenance and repairs.Explain estimates, priorities, and value; address objections honestly and obtain guest authorization.Coordinate with technicians and the parts team, keeping guests informed about progress, timing, and changes.Maintain accurate repair orders, explain completed work and charges, and follow up on outstanding needs.Our standards: The Don Johnson WayDo the right thing, always. You should enjoy sales conversations, handle competing priorities calmly, and be able to share examples of taking ownership and achieving results.Automotive knowledge is preferred; we can train the right person.
