Cost Control Specialist

We provide end-to-end project management services from start to finish with ongoing support and coordination. We do it all for our clients, from design to drafting, coordination, and management, planning, and scheduling, documentation to resource control. Job Description: Work with multiple project managers concurrently to support projects in various phases of design and construction. Develop, implement, and maintain external and internal cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts. Report accurate updates to cost reports, forecasts, and accruals. Responsible for quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables. Compare schedule to financial data to validate consistency with project timeline. Integrate schedule data and other data sources in Excel via formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc. Analyze project controls reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project controls team. Budget tracking against Purchase Orders or Subcontracts. Responsible for the review of upstream (prime contract) / downstream (PO & subcontract) change orders. Manage integrated data from one program to another. Serve as a point of contact for technical questions from APMs, PMs, Lead Engineers, or Construction staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr KGDR Consultants Inc.
