Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Previous experience providing behavioral services in a school or educational setting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Proven ability to assess, develop, and monitor individualized behavior plans
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage a dynamic classroom environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative behavioral support services for students
• Provide staff training and support to ensure fidelity in behavioral interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve student goals
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services and outcomes
• Collaborate with families and school personnel for holistic student support

This summer assignment runs from June 15th to August 6th, 2026, at 10 hours per week—an ideal schedule to balance impactful work with personal commitments.
