Shift Manager

Shift Manager Responsibilities Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Plan for each shift, monitor performance during the shift, and take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift. Help assigned departments meet their goals; meet targets during shifts. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
