Senior IT Project Manager

IT Project ManagerInsight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to support a large retail company's IT Supply Chain organization. This individual will support key technology initiatives, including Growth Sourcing Architecture (GSA) and Supplier Onboarding efforts, while serving as a central point of coordination between IT and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in complex environments, excels at identifying and resolving project risks, and can confidently communicate project status to both team members and executive leadership. This role offers the opportunity to drive high-visibility initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and become a trusted partner within a fast-paced organization where strong ownership, communication, and relationship-building skills are highly valued.Day-to-Day:Own and maintain RAID logs, project plans, timelines, and status reportingIdentify and proactively drive risks, issues, dependencies, and action items to resolutionFacilitate communication between business and IT stakeholdersPrepare and distribute weekly project status updatesBuild and present steering committee materials and executive updatesSchedule, facilitate, and document meetingsEscalate issues appropriately and ensure follow-through on action itemsSupport GSA (Growth Sourcing Architecture) initiativesSupport Supplier Onboarding projectsManage project priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited resourcesPartner with stakeholders to communicate project health, including red/yellow status when necessaryPay rate: 55-60/hr.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
