Responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, communicating effectively with candidates to provide updates and feedback, supporting onboarding processes for new hires, collaborating with team members to identify staffing needs, participating in job fairs and networking events to attract potential candidates, and contributing to a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in HR or related field is a plus, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ability to work independently and manage time effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus, positive attitude and eagerness to learn, and a team player with a commitment to providing excellent service.
