What You’ll Do

As a  Restaurant Manager , you will:

• Lead and develop FOH and BOH restaurant teams
• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Manage staffing and labor
• Monitor sales and restaurant performance
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Manage inventory and control costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Build a positive and productive restaurant culture
• Partner with leadership to achieve business goals

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach and develop team members
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong guest-service mindset
• Understanding of restaurant operations, labor, food safety, and inventory
• Comfortable leading teams across multiple dayparts
• Reliable and results-oriented leadership style
