Property Accountant

Detail-oriented and meticulous, the full-time remote Property Accountant will manage financial reporting for data center projects, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and process accounts payable and receivable across multiple developments. Key responsibilities: Collaborate with finance, construction teams, and external stakeholders to meet financial objectives and reporting Produce financial reports for external parties, including lenders and building owners Review monthly draw packages and ensure accuracy in lender certificates and draw documents Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline 3+ years of experience in property accounting or finance, particularly in real estate development or construction Experience with project accounting, capital expenditure management, and lender draw processes Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and GAAP Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
