Restorative CNA at Fountains at Mill Cove

As a Restorative CNA at Fountains at Mill Cove, you will play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional care and service to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence and well-being.

Restorative CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse manager and other healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care and progress

• Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration, as needed

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols

About You:

• Prior experience as a Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent, with a passion for providing exceptional care to seniors

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility and adaptability

• Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a focus on promoting dignity and respect for all residents
