In addition to food preparation, this role involves final plate presentation, including garnishing cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu items. • Keep our ingredients fresh by diligently rotating stock.
• Approach tasks with focus and determination.
• Adhere strictly to CAI's policies and procedures for a well-run operation.
• Fulfill all of the assignments given to you.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Rotate stock to maintain freshness standards (FIFO – First In, First Out).

• Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage with guests and create a positive, memorable experience.
• A minimum of 2 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.
• At least 6 months of experience in a similar capacity.
• Availability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with managers, and kitchen and dining area team members.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 40 pounds.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods.
