Job Description:

On behalf of our Healthcare client, Affinity is seeking a Clinical Solutions Lead to lead solution design for Rehabilitation services within an Oracle Health (Cerner) environment. This role will focus on designing workflows for therapy-based care delivery and ensuring alignment with interdisciplinary clinical practices.

Responsibilities
• Lead clinical and functional design workshops with Rehabilitation stakeholders (PT, OT, allied health)
• Own end-to-end workflow design and solution decisions for the domain
• Translate clinical and operational requirements into system design and configuration direction
• Drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making across interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure adherence to Oracle Health (Cerner) methodologies and iterative design cycles
• Partner with build/configuration teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Identify risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities within workflows
• Act as the primary accountable lead for the assigned clinical domain


Domain-Specific Focus (Rehabilitation)
• Design workflows supporting physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and allied health services
• Define and optimize therapy scheduling, documentation, and care planning workflows
• Support interdisciplinary documentation across inpatient and outpatient rehab settings
• Align therapy workflows with broader care plans and patient progress tracking
• Ensure integration with adjacent domains (e.g., inpatient care, ambulatory, discharge planning)


Qualifications
• 5+ years of Oracle Health / Cerner implementation experience
• Experience leading solution design across at least 2 full EHR/HIS/CIS implementations
• Experience supporting Rehabilitation, allied health, or similar domains
• Strong understanding of therapy workflows, scheduling, and documentation
• Proven ability to lead workshops and drive stakeholder decisions
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to operate independently in a leadership capacity

Location
• Remote with travel (approximately 1 week per month onsite)
• Part-time: 0.5 FTE (with potential to scale)
