If so, this role may be a great fit for you: You’ll Be Someone Who Enjoys working with homeowners and creating high-end client experiences Has a natural eye for design, organization, space, or home improvement Can listen carefully, ask great questions, and recommend the right solution Likes the idea of selling something beautiful, practical, and genuinely useful Wants the opportunity to earn well without feeling like a “pushy salesperson” Takes pride in professionalism, follow-through, and doing things the right way Is motivated by goals, growth, and being part of a winning team Key responsibilities Meet with homeowners to understand their needs, frustrations, goals, and style preferences Design custom closets, cabinetry, garage systems, and home organization solutions Present recommendations clearly and confidently Prepare estimates and guide clients through the buying decision Follow up with prospects and clients in a professional, organized way Work closely with our installation team to help ensure an exceptional final result Represent our brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity What We’re Looking For Prior sales, design, home improvement, real estate, retail, remodeling, or client-facing experience is helpful Strong communication and relationship-building skills A consultative sales style — you know how to guide, not pressure Good attention to detail and follow-through Comfort learning design software, estimating tools, and our sales process A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation A positive attitude, professional appearance, and ownership mindset Perks Paid training 100% commission-based after training Unlimited earning potential Leads provided Flexible schedule Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with employer match PTO and paid holidays About Us This is not a cold, transactional sales role.
