Together, we’re the next BIG thing in data.Job DescriptionStrong expertise with Xactly Incent that includes setting up crediting rules, commission rules, compensation plans and load filesMaintaining the core data requirements in Xactly Incent for calculating sales commissions (i.e., sales hierarchy, target incentive, quota, leveraging data from Workday and Salesforce)Route and archive all signed Sales Compensation Plan documents for auditing purposes via XactlyPartner, collaborate with business partners such as Sales, Business Unit, Finance and IT to collect data, run analytics and drive on-going cross-functional projects towards process & system improvements (best practices).Research, provide & analyze data.
