Candidate Expectations:
- Majority of recent experience should be in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) .
- Strong Java development background is mandatory.
- Experience with:
- Production support and reliability engineering
- Monitoring, observability, and incident management
- CI/CD and automation
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Eligible to workP)
- Kubernetes, Docker, Linux
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting
