You won't be expected to figure it all out on your own. Our agents have access to industry-leading training, experienced leadership, and the opportunity to listen to top producers working with clients live every day . You'll have the ability to learn from real conversations, develop your skills, and apply what you're learning immediately.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Meet virtually with clients who have specifically requested information about the products we offer
\n
• Conduct consultations by phone or Zoom to understand each client's needs
\n
• Educate clients on life insurance, mortgage protection, and other financial protection solutions
\n
• Present solutions that align with each client's individual needs and financial goals
\n
• Build and manage your own book of business
\n
• Follow a proven sales process while developing your own skills and client relationships
\n
• Utilize subsidized company leads and self-generated leads to grow your business
\n
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales process
\n
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development
\n
• Learn directly from experienced producers and leadership
\n
• Maintain compliance with state insurance licensing and regulatory requirements
\n
• Develop the skills necessary to eventually mentor, develop, and lead other agents
\n

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection

• Active Life & Health Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one within 7–10 days

• Ability to work with clients during varying hours, including occasional evenings or weekends

• Strong willingness to learn, accept coaching, and implement feedback
