Full-Time Sales Professional

Scale Sales Teams is hiring a full-time sales professional for its Denver, CO city team. This fully remote position is suited to someone who can communicate confidently with prospective clients, understand business challenges, qualify opportunities, and guide appropriate prospects through a structured sales process.

The Role

You will work inside an established client-acquisition and sales environment where the core prospecting systems, sales frameworks, and appointment infrastructure are already in place. Rather than being responsible for building the entire pipeline from scratch, you can spend substantial time on discovery, qualification, solution conversations, follow-up, and sales execution.

Prospects may have already shown interest and scheduled time to discuss their situation. Your responsibility is to make those conversations productive by understanding what the prospect is trying to accomplish, identifying relevant challenges, and determining whether an available solution is genuinely appropriate.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you may be responsible for:

• Conducting scheduled sales conversations through Zoom and phone
• Learning about each prospect's business, objectives, challenges, and current circumstances
• Qualifying opportunities and determining whether there is an appropriate fit
• Explaining relevant solutions clearly to qualified prospects
• Handling questions, concerns, and objections professionally
• Following up with active opportunities when appropriate
• Keeping CRM records, pipeline information, and conversation notes accurate
• Executing within established sales processes and frameworks
• Working toward individual and team performance objectives
• Maintaining disciplined communication and pipeline management throughout the sales process

The Sales Environment

Scale Sales Teams already has defined sales processes, established frameworks, lead-generation infrastructure, AI-assisted marketing and prospecting systems, ongoing support, and access to pre-scheduled qualified appointments.

That structure allows the salesperson to focus heavily on the parts of selling that depend on strong human communication: listening, asking useful questions, diagnosing business problems, building trust, explaining potential solutions, navigating concerns, and helping qualified buyers evaluate their options.

Who May Be a Good Fit

Experience in sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development can be relevant for this position. Candidates should be comfortable holding professional conversations remotely through Zoom and phone and following an established sales process without sounding scripted or mechanical.

Strong communication, accountability, work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and a performance-oriented mindset are important in this environment. The position also requires consistent remote productivity, personal ownership of follow-up and pipeline activity, and a willingness to improve through feedback, coaching, and repetition.

Previous remote sales experience can be useful, but it is not the only factor considered.
