Yellow Dot is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
• Acting as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management
• Scheduling service and routine maintenance appointments
• Maintaining & updating customer records based on interactions
• Processing invoice payments
• Providing information about products and services
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and concerns
• Developing & maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
• Participating in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers & office software required to fulfill this position
• Additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• $18 - $22 / hr
• Monday - Friday 9a - 6p and Saturday - Sunday 8a - 5p (rotating weekends)
• Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required
• Service Titan is a plus
• Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
• Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion
• Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment
• Enjoy patiently, empathetically helping others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The physical requirements of this job include:

• Perform work while sitting and/or standing at an individual work station or office
• Communicate verbally via phone or other communication device.
• Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands to type, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Work is usually performed in an indoor office environment.
