Warehouse Helper

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Helper to join their team. As a Warehouse Helper, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting various warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Helper (Project)

Location: Charlestown, MA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 8:30am to 4:30pm, M-F

What's the Job?

• Building boxes, stacking, and monitoring robotic equipment
• Performing lifting tasks weighing between 24–45 lbs
• Standing for the full 8-hour shift to support warehouse operations
• Communicating effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus
• Adapting to as-needed, week-by-week scheduling to meet operational demands

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift 24–45 lbs regularly
• Strong physical stamina and endurance for a full shift on your feet
• Good English comprehension skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Flexibility to work on a week-by-week basis as scheduling varies
