Physical Therapy Assistant - Travel Contract

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of experience required.

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Days per week: 5.
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility and outpatient.
• Expected patient volume: 6 to 12 per day.
• No on-call requirement.
• Weekend coverage is required before or after a holiday.
• May float to other facilities.
