This is a work-from-home sales role with warm leads, structured training, and uncapped income potential for people ready to build something real.

The McKay Life Agency is growing. In partnership with a nationally recognized financial services organization, we are selectively bringing on motivated professionals to work within a high-performance, mentorship-driven environment.

This is a 100% remote role with flexible scheduling, available full-time or part-time. You will work directly with families across the country, providing real solutions that protect their futures and build long-term financial security, including:

• Mortgage protection

• Retirement planning

• Debt elimination through specialized insurance strategies

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients who have requested information regarding protecting their family and finances via Zoom or phone

• Educate families on insurance-based solutions that safeguard mortgages, create retirement strategies, and support debt elimination

• Follow a proven, repeatable system designed to simplify the process and maximize success

• Participate in direct mentorship, structured training, and leadership development
