This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Role This Marketing Coordinator contributes to the obtainment of CapEds business objectives and mission by implementing and tracking marketing campaigns across digital channels, in person events, and in-branch experiences. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Implements and actively monitors marketing campaign assets in all media channels to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation and facilitate member engagement. Under the guidance of the AVP of Marketing & Creative Services, functions as the primary contact for all media purchases and deployment with media partners. Tracks internal and external marketing assets and performs asset lifecycle maintenance activities, such as archiving and asset expiration. Curates a library of campaign resources for internal use. Develops and generates reports on campaign performance, utilizing industry standard processes and platforms. Serves as the primary administrator of CapEds email platform for member communication, coordinating with Risk Management to ensure Opt-In regulations are met and updating processes to meet compliance. Maintains knowledge of all Credit Union products, services, and promotions.
