The Opportunity As Senior Product Marketing Manager , you’ll own how HappyCo shows up in the market. You’ll lead strategic positioning, craft compelling product narratives, and drive go-to-market success for our product portfolio. This role sits at the center of Product, Sales, and Marketing — ensuring our value is clearly articulated, deeply understood, and powerfully delivered to our customers. What You’ll Do Strategic Positioning & Messaging Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate HappyCo in the market. Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-centric narratives tied to business outcomes. Build and maintain a cohesive messaging architecture across all product lines and ICPs. Go-to-Market (GTM) Leadership Own GTM strategy and execution for new product launches and major releases. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to define launch goals, target segments, and success metrics. Lead creation of launch materials — web copy, one-pagers, internal FAQs, and more. Establish data-driven feedback loops between adoption insights, customer feedback, and roadmap priorities. ICP & Market Insights Define and refine ICPs and personas through data, interviews, and market research. Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning and pricing strategy. Partner with demand gen and content teams to align campaigns with ICP pain points and triggers. Sales Enablement & Field Support Create and manage sales enablement assets (decks, battlecards, pricing guides). Train and empower sales teams to speak confidently about HappyCo’s differentiation. Support ongoing enablement tied to product updates and campaign priorities. Pricing, Packaging & Product Naming Collaborate with Product and Finance on pricing and packaging for new releases. Lead product naming initiatives that reinforce brand strategy and market clarity. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. Drive alignment through clear documentation, strong communication, and leadership engagement. What We Think You Need To Be Successful 5–8+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS Proven success owning GTM for multi-product launches or complex SaaS solutions Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — a storyteller who connects customer problems to product value Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy Collaborative leader comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority Experience in real estate tech, proptech, or vertical SaaS a plus Keys to optimum happiness at HappyCo Thrives in ambiguity and proactively builds clarity Focuses on long-term impact over quick wins Enables others through systems, not mandates Leverages technology and AI to empower people and simplify complexity Embraces the challenges and rewards of growing in a scaleup environment About HappyCo Founded in 2011, HappyCo (happy.co) builds mobile and cloud solutions to enable real-time property data.
