Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both standard and sophisticated clinical lab analyses, including chemistry, hematology, and immunology in accordance with established procedures.

• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for further analysis as necessary.
• Document processes in full detail, orient new hires or trainees, and assist in upholding laboratory quality measures.
• Commit to maintaining a safe and orderly workplace, adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree with preparation for ASCP or AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
