The Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC)is responsible for providing the full range of therapeutic interventions to clients in mental health treatment with a focus on PHP/IOP. This shall include, but not be limited to assessment and treatment services, family/relationship services, group process, educational presentations, treatment planning and review, documentation of services and client response, concurrent reviews, discharge planning, and managed care contact as directed by designated staff.Your day will include facilitating group, individual therapy, family therapy, assessing client progress, conducting discharge planning and partnering with members of a treatment team.Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC)may develop and present lectures and education presentations to clients and participate in QA activities.

Required Qualifications

• Masters degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution required.
• At least one years training and/or clinical experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in a behavioral health, mental health, or substance use disorder treatment setting preferred.
• Experience with treatment planning, clinical documentation, crisis intervention, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities preferred.
• Prior work in residential, outpatient, or multidisciplinary treatment environments preferred.
• Current state licensure or licensure eligibility (e.g., LCAS, LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent).
• Associate licensure considered
• Dual licensure or certification in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment is strongly preferred.
• First Aid/ CPR Certification
• Crisis Intervention Certification
