Travel Medical-Surgical RN in Hilliard, OH

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Qualifications:

• Active and current RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience in med-surg, telemetry, or orthopedic nursing
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed
• Ability to adapt to changing patient and unit needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care to diverse adult patient populations, including those in medical-surgical, orthopedic, and telemetry settings
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in accordance with hospital standards
• Respond promptly to changes in patient status and provide critical interventions as necessary
• Support patient education and advocate for patient needs throughout the hospital stay
• Flex as operational needs require, which may include floating to other units or covering open shifts within the system
