Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' musculoskeletal and neurological status, developing customized treatment plans based on individual assessments and physician prescriptions.
• Implement therapeutic interventions ranging from manual therapy techniques to therapeutic exercise regimens, focusing on rehabilitation and maintaining optimal function.
• Monitor patient progress, documenting all treatments and outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and organizational standards, using our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Facilitate multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient cases, discussing progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance healing and functionality.
• Provide mentorship and training for clinical interns and new staff, contributing to a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives aimed at refining therapy protocols and enhancing patient care services, participating actively in departmental meetings.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families, enhancing adherence to therapy programs and addressing any concerns or barriers to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
