CNC Programmer – Manufacturing (Growth to Lead Role)
What You’ll Do:
- Program and edit CNC machines for production
- Set up jobs and support operators
- Read blueprints and ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
- Assist with training and guiding shop employees
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong CNC programming experience
- Setup and troubleshooting experience
- Blueprint and measurement knowledge
- Leadership mindset and team-oriented
Pay: $DOE
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Growth:
Opportunity to move into lead/supervisor role after hire.
