Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Valid and current California PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) Credential in School Psychology
• Previous experience supporting K-8 students (preferred)
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, staff, and families
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary educational team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students referred for support and evaluation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and specialists
• Provide one-on-one and group counseling to students, addressing social-emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and family members to foster a safe and supportive learning environment
• Participate in crisis intervention and prevention activities, collaborating on intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
