Are you a licensed insurance professional who knows how to sell, lead, and get results?

An established South Florida Allstate agency, is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Insurance Sales Manager to help expand our auto insurance business, grow our customer base, and build a high-performing sales team.

We’re looking for someone who understands that insurance sales is about more than quoting policies. It’s about building relationships, following up consistently, closing business, and helping customers find the right coverage.

If you have a strong insurance sales background, enjoy coaching others, and want to make a real impact on agency growth, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

● Lead, coach, and motivate licensed insurance sales producers.

● Drive new auto insurance production and identify cross-selling opportunities.

● Improve lead conversion, follow-up, closing ratios, and overall sales performance.

● Help recruit, onboard, and develop additional sales team members.

● Establish sales goals, track results, and maintain accountability.

● Work with prospects and customers to identify coverage needs and present appropriate solutions.

● Leverage CRM systems, automation, and modern sales technology to maximize productivity.

● Build a sales culture focused on results, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For

● Active Florida 2-20 General Lines or 20-44 Personal Lines license.

● Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales.

● Strong auto insurance sales and closing skills.

● Previous sales leadership, coaching, or team management experience preferred.

● Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

● A self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented, performance-driven environment.

● Comfortable managing priorities and performance in a remote work setting.
