Service Technician III | Windsor Bothell - Bothell, WA Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of backgrounds, including apartment maintenance, HVAC, general labor, construction, hotel, general building maintenance, and work order management. Candidates must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry, and be available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours and weekend emergency response. Compensation Hourly: Starting at $31.51 - $39.39 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Benefits 40% housing discount (pending standard credit and background approval for all occupants), with the opportunity to increase to 50% after two years of employment. Annual PTO, including 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave after completing one year of employment, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days. Bi-annual regional sales, service, and performance awards. Cell-phone stipend of $50 per month, annual shoe/accessory allowance, and tuition assistance. Your Skills Minimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenance. Familiarity with building safety systems, including fire systems (sprinklers/alarms). Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and completing work orders. Advanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power tools. Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures in apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, and appliance areas. Requirements Site specific certifications such as EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date; CPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start date.
