The Position Head Fashion Stylist Position Overview As a fashion‑forward leader and ambassador for the AKIRA brand, you will consistently exceed individual sales goals, cultivate a loyal clientele, and deliver an exceptional styling experience that leaves every client excited about AKIRA. Essential Functions Deliver outstanding customer service by following AKIRA’s 5 Steps of Selling. Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients. Curate merchandise to create complete, head‑to‑toe looks. Manage and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the client experience. Build meaningful, long‑term relationships to foster loyalty. Contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of the store. Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA’s product offerings. Exceed individual sales goals with determination and focus. Collaborate to meet and exceed the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Qualifications A strong work ethic focused on results. Leadership skills capable of inspiring and guiding others. Physical Requirements Move product, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively; ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs based on role requirements. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, including a 10‑12 hour shift. Hourly position with additional sales commission; total compensation varies by location and performance.
