Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: Chambersburg, PA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Urologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania . This position provides 24-hour hospital and surgical coverage , with the physician seeing patients on-site while also providing phone coverage for surrounding locations as needed. The opportunity is ideal for a provider with strong communication skills who is comfortable working independently. Provide comprehensive Urology services in a hospital setting. Provide 24-hour hospital and surgical coverage . Evaluate and treat patients with a broad range of urologic conditions. Provide urologic consultations and inpatient care. Participate in surgical coverage and procedures within the scope of privileges. Provide telephone consultation and support for surrounding medical locations as needed. Manage approximately 10–12 hours of callback activity per day . Provide coverage for patients of all ages requiring urologic care . Work independently without APP support. Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR . Communicate effectively with hospital staff and referring providers. Working Hours Start Date: October 28, 2026 Assignment Duration: As needed / PRN Coverage: 24-hour hospital and surgical coverage Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM Scheduled Coverage Dates: October 28 at 7:00 AM – November 2 at 7:00 AM November 16 at 7:00 AM – November 23 at 7:00 AM December 21 at 7:00 AM – December 28 at 7:00 AM PRN coverage approximately once every 12–14 weeks . 2 hours gratis for 24-hour call. No APP support. Comfortable providing independent hospital and surgical coverage. New graduates may be considered. Clean credentialing file preferred. Temporary privileges may be available with a clean file.
