The Superintendent manages, mentors, supports, and trains project Foremen and Project Team in the adherence to and execution of Arrow Electric policies and procedures, while ensuring that all work is performed within company and project guidelines for safety and quality and in conformance with all regulatory compliance requirements.Your leadership and development capabilities will be critical to achieve company and department goals and objectives, while effectively utilizing and developing your Team to meet Company expectations and values for Uncompromised Safety, 100% Responsibility, and Unparalleled Customer Service.Lead...Mentor...Motivate!
