Learn more at . Job Summary Job Summary The Project Coordinator position focuses on supporting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, fire protection and building envelope projects. Responsible for assisting project management team meet budgetary guidelines and resources. This is a 1st Shift 7am to 3:30pm M-F schedule. Job Description Assist project management team with developing projects scope and budget Facilitate the execution of contracts between vendors and Owner including becoming familiar with contract terms and conditions Schedule and facilitate internal and external implementation meetings, including those with brokers and account stakeholders Assist that all vendors are prequalified for safety, financial history and technical qualifications Prepare and process all necessary documentation for PO’s & CO’s Maintain project tracking reports for RFI’s & submittals Support coordination for construction activities between PM, plant personnel and contractors Hold and lead construction impacts meeting with multiple departments Manage and track all financial aspects of projects including budgets, commitments and actuals Facilitate internal construction permits: PCRA, ICRA, ILSM, Above Ceiling, Hot Work and enforce requirements Maintain required signage at construction site including DOB permits Maintain and track construction observation punch lists Collect all close-out documentation including O&M’s, spare parts lists and warrantees Takes minutes and participates in committees as the need arises All other duties as requested Qualifications Customer service/interpersonal skills Problem solving skills Analytical- computer skills Financial acumen Presentation skills Team building skill Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership Education/Experience Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or two (2) years experience in project management or related field preferred Associates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits.
