A little about the position :

Job Summary

As a n Office Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient office operations while providing administrative support to the Plant Manager and team. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors—both in person and through digital communication, maintaining a professional and welcoming company image.

Some of What You Will Do :

1. General Office and Customer Service

• Coordinate daily office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and appointments for leadership and staff.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, including letters and packages.
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• P repare reports, presentations, and proposals assigned.
• Assist colleagues and contribute to team success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

1. Finance, Purchasing & Inventory

• Assist with inventory.
• Maintain the purchase order log system.
• Receive merchandise and recor ds in the purchase order system.
• Scan deposits and complete remitt ance form to Credit department.

• Shipping & Receiving
• Arrange shipping for merchandise/supplies ordered and with  UPS and Fed Ex shipments.
• Maintain organization and direct received material to requesters.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table : (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and perform standard office tasks (sitting, standing, walking, reaching).

Salary Range:  $17.50 - $22.50

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets.   Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future .
