You struggle with punctuality or attendance — timing in logistics is non-negotiable, and our team relies on you being on time every day.
You are uncomfortable with computers — while we will teach you our specific software, you must already be fast and comfortable navigating digital tools.
You dislike being on the phone — direct, friendly, and clear phone communication with drivers and shippers is 80% of this role.
Your Day-to-Day
Customer & Driver Contact: Act as the friendly, reliable point of contact for truck drivers and shipping clients.
System Updates: Navigate computer platforms to update load statuses, schedules, and delivery routes.
Operations Support: Support our senior team with load tracking and resolving daily scheduling puzzles.
