Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Progressive Care We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Progressive Care unit located in San Antonio, TX. This role involves providing evidence-based cardiac care to adult patients who require close observation and monitoring. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about care processes and health management. Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Administer telemetry monitoring and titrate cardiac medications as needed. Support patients during their recovery following procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Experience in cardiac care is preferred. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
