Production Machine Operator 1st Shift

Pay: $16$18/hour Schedule: 1st Shift (Full-Time)

We are seeking motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Machine Operator. This company is a world-class manufacturer specializing in sheet metal stamping, assemblies, and components for the automotive and appliance industries, with full in-house capabilities including design, engineering, tooling, and production.

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Assist with sheet metal stamping, forming, and assembly processes
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and order sheets
• Measure parts using tape measures and basic inspection tools
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production needs including basic material handling and assembly
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

What You'll Be Working On

• Sheet metal stampings and assemblies
• Automotive and appliance components
• Seating components and window regulators
• Powertrain components and deep draw parts
• Injection molded parts and value-added assemblies
• Prototype and production runs

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Good math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not required):

• Manufacturing or machine operating experience
• Experience in metal stamping or sheet metal environments
• Ability to read blueprints
• CNC or Tool & Die experience/background
