Location Gaithersburg, MD Salary $150,000.00 USD Annually - $180,000.00 USD Annually Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Growth We are seeking a strategic business leader to oversee a portfolio of insurance and member benefit products, drive revenue growth, improve operational performance, and lead long-term business strategy. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leadership role combines business management, marketing, analytics, partner oversight, and team leadership within a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Own business performance, growth strategy, and profitability for a portfolio of products and services. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, retention, and customer acquisition. Analyze financial, market, and customer data to identify opportunities and improve results. Lead product strategy, lifecycle management, and customer experience initiatives. Manage external partners, vendors, and key stakeholder relationships to ensure performance and accountability. Establish performance metrics, reporting, and business optimization processes. Lead, develop, and mentor team members while managing cross-functional projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressive business leadership experience with responsibility for revenue growth, financial performance, product strategy, marketing, and partner management. Experience in insurance, financial services, employee benefits, association programs, affinity marketing, or other regulated industries is preferred. 3+ years of people leadership experience. Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience managing risk, governance, compliance, and vendor relationships. Ability to obtain Life Insurance and Property & Casualty licenses within 18 months of hire.
