Operations Coordinator II

Schneider is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Green Bay to support drivers and leaders, with a focus on communication. The Operations Coordinator will work closely with various internal teams and external vendors, contractors and suppliers. Responsibilities include managing contracts within Schneider's contract management system, coordinating and distributing audio and video messages as well as surveys to drivers, handling data gathering, interpreting, formatting and distribution to support operations leaders, adding regular updates to the operations department SharePoint site, authorizing truck and trailer wash requests, providing administrative support through coordinating meetings, ordering and stocking office supplies and making and distributing copies, preparing presentations and correspondences.

Skills and qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
