Operations Analyst

Company Overview Boost Auto is an ecommerce business focused on the sale of value‑added aftermarket auto parts and accessories. Founded in 2016, Boost Auto designs and sells highly technical, customer‑installed automotive products that blend form, function, and performance. As we continue to grow, operational structure, systems integrity, and cross‑functional alignment are critical to scaling efficiently. Role Overview Boost Auto is seeking an Operations Analyst to support and strengthen the operational backbone of the company. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and works cross‑functionally with Engineering, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure operational processes, systems, and data remain accurate, aligned, and scalable. The Operations Analyst will focus on maintaining ERP integrity, coordinating cross‑functional initiatives, supporting automation efforts, and helping drive operational clarity as the company grows. Core Responsibilities Cross‑Functional Coordination Serve as a key operational liaison between departments. Support operational readiness for new product launches. Track and follow up on cross‑functional deliverables. Ensure alignment between operational workflows and business priorities. ERP & Systems Management Maintain accurate product, BOM, routing, and inventory data within the ERP. Support automation and workflow improvements within operational systems. Identify and correct data inconsistencies or process gaps. Assist in system configuration updates as processes evolve. Process Development & Optimization Develop and maintain operational SOPs. Document workflows to reduce tribal knowledge and improve repeatability. Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and system reliability. Reporting & Operational Support Support KPI tracking and operational reporting. Prepare operational data to support decision‑making. Assist the Director of Operations with strategic initiatives and scaling efforts. Qualifications Required Experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or a related environment. Experience working within ERP systems. Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience supporting system automation or process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with inventory management and product data structures.
